The estate agent only wants to earn money......<\/p>

Of course we want to earn money, we don't even need to discuss that. But we also do something for it. And if the new law is passed in the Balearic Islands in 2024, we will also be liable for our work and will have to fulfil many things by law beforehand, have to invest before we have earned a single cent. This includes an office, a website with prescribed content, property liability insurance, regular training, adverts on platforms, etc. So a real estate agent first invests four figures every month without having earned a cent.<\/p>

An estate agent in the Balearics thus creates the basis for his work. Based on his knowledge, he obtains all the required documents from the seller (on average 15), he can estimate the purchase price correctly and fairly for both parties thanks to his market knowledge and he knows the area and the neighbours at all times of the year (location-location-location).
