This is where our concept for our Allfinanz advice as Objective financial and insurance broker and we founded the 15.03.2001 the Allfinanz Jürss & Klumpart GbR.

Once here, many new and interesting opportunities developed that a thoroughbred salesman like Olaf (retired founder) could not ignore. So we founded Summer 2019 our second company, the Allfinanz Mallorca SL. With our experience and Bianca's penchant for digital technology, a digital service provider for many issues in the financial sector was created in a very short time.

Everyone is happy about many enquiries and an increase in sales up to the point where it could become confusing. So we had to make a decision.
In order to clearly allocate responsibilities and competences and to have a clean accounting system, it was necessary to found another company, the Vehicle rubber seal Balearic Islands S.L. supplemented since the 16.12.2022 our small group of companies.
Behind this is a really solid, tried-and-tested and well thought-out CONCEPT!
The path to owning a property in Mallorca does not start and end with the purchase.

If we assume the positive case, it is now a matter of the details of the property and which documents have to be applied for. Unfortunately Year 2000 the obligation to register and pass an examination for authorisation as a real estate agent in Spain has been abolished (BOE-A-2000-11834).
We therefore work according to German standardare also licensed as estate agents in Germany and fulfil all legal requirements, training courses etc. for both countries. Therefore, compiling and applying for all documents is a standard procedure.
Here we simply work through a standard work process so that by the time a notary appointment EVERYTHING is prepared to the point.
The concept is ready!
Once the property has been found and the parties have agreed on a purchase price, the notary appointment and the purchase contract can begin. Our multilingual team accompanies you every step of the way.
Of course, we also offer a service after the notary appointment. Reregistration of gas, water and electricity; taxes and insurance, vehicle re-registration –
